Hello, Mike here!

Last week saw the Summer Homestay 2009 event which included one of my favourite pastimes.. eating noodles! Not just any noodles, but sliding noodles. what fun! All of our Kitty friends were very swift with their chopsticks.. Well done to you all.

I look forward to eating many more noodles throughout the summer, and lots of action packed activities here at Kitty.

Michelle's news for today.

Hi everyone!! Are you ready for holloween?  In the last week of October there will be a holloween spcial class where we will give trick or treats to all Kitty club students. Holloween is very special because it is the day spirits visits their familys. And on the day my family is watching a disney holloween show.

On Saturday I got a new Kitty club shirt. I'ts lime and it has a kitty broach material on the left. From now on everyone will be seeing me in Lime.

Hello everyone!

If you havn't gotten a proper introduction from me yet, my name is Danielle Lucovich, and I am one　of the native staff teachers here at Kitty Club. I am from the United States, and have lived in 3 different cities. I grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In middle school, I moved to Chicago, Illinois. Then in my high school years, I moved again to New Orleans, Louisiana. All were beautiful places, and I am very thankful to have traveled and experienced so many different places.　America is such a big country, and each city is unique and different! I have also traveled to 36 of the 50 American States!

I　moved to Japan in October 2005. My family had been transfered to Tokyo for my Father's job. At first, I was planning on starting University, and staying in the United States. However, a devastating hurricane hit my city, and it everything was destroyed. I was very sad to see the place that I spent so many years of my life in, damaged from mother nature.

 

Although, moving to Toyko was such a great opportuinity for me. I have had so many new experiences and great times here!

I love working with all the children here at Kitty Club. It truely is a pleasure to teach such intelligent, and bright young kids. As of September, I have been working at Kitty Club for over one year! I have seen so many of my students progress during this time, and I am very proud of them.

Currently, I am a student at Temple University Japan. It is an American University here in Tokyo! There are many international students there. People from all over Japan.. and the world! My major is broadcasting, and I hope to work in production for TV News. I would love to work for CNN one day! I have many hobbies, including reading, going to the park, singing, and playing computer games. I plan on studying and working in Japan for a little while more, then possibly returning to America to finish my studies.

Hello everyone!

Let me introduce myself. My name is Hannah, and I am a teacher here at Kitty Club. I have been working at Kitty Club for the past 8 months, and love teaching english to Japanese children.

I am from Sydney, Australia and moved to Japan in January 2007. My home town in Australia is in the Blue Mountains which has many trees, rivers, kangaroos and other animals...Very different to Tokyo, but I love it here!

My favourite things to do is reading, drawing, singing, playing sports and cooking.

I am looking forward to getting to know Japan better!

Baby Boy

Good afternoon everyone!!

On the 25th of September, 8:00 pm Mitchell`s wife had a baby.

They named him Kai. Congratulation to the two and to the new born.

I hope one day Kai will be able to join kitty class.
