パパママ一緒に親子で特別レッスンしました
11月から練習していたお歌も上手に発表できましたね

次のレッスンは2010年1月7日からスタートします
元気にレッスンきてね待っています

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Merry Christmas! It's Jacqueline, getting ready to go back to Sydney for Christmas and New Year

I've been asking everybody in my classes what they want for Christmas and have been getting some interesting answers. Here are some ideas: dinosaurs, beyblades, spinning tops, legos, and such things.

Have you all finished your Christmas shopping? Are your wallets a lot lighter now? I haven't really started. My brother requested some Japanese potato chips. So I plan on going to Donki to buy a lot of potato chips for him.

So anyway, last week I believe I may have talked too much about my Beloved. Beloved has been well. A very nice Wii indeed Some of my students tell me they would also like video games and such things. Of course.

Well I hope everyone has been having fun with the Christmas lessons. It's almost 2010. I wonder what wonders 2010 will bring. Will all your kids become giants over the holidays and grow taller than me? I know some of my C class students are already getting very close to my height. Will some of you have gone adventuring overseas for the holidays? Will you all have new haircuts when you come back next year? I can't wait to see the changes. I'm hoping for great things. Purple hair...nose rings...I hope not.

I'm sure my blog post today has been difficult to read. Sorry about that. I have many things on my mind. Like what to bring back to Sydney for my many and varied relatives. And how will my plant do without me for two weeks...he's already struggling to hold onto life since I forget to give him water regularly...At least I hope my marimo will be okay.

I love marimo. If you don't know what they are...google it!

Anway...that's it from me. I can't think of anything else right now that will make any sense...

Merry Christmas! And everyone should watch the Sydney New Year fireworks!

クリスマスレッスンが始まっている中、午後のクラスへの進級を
する生徒達のプチ卒業式もしました

今日のクラスでは、塩野ＳＨＯＧＯくんが来月から午後のクラスへ
いきます
そんなＳＨＯＧＯくんからプレゼントをいただきました
しかもレターはＳＨＯＧＯの手書き
きれいに書けていてビックリしました

来年の2月で3歳のお誕生日を迎えるＳＨＯＧＯ！！
お兄さんお姉さんと一緒に午後のクラスで頑張ろうね

Second week in a row!

Hello!

It's my second week in a row posting to the blog! I think...did I post something last week or was it the week before...

Anyway! So it's almost Christmas and I just received my first Christmas present! A black Nintendo Wii With Sengoku Musou 3I think the english title is Samurai Warriors It actually arrived yesterday, but unfortunately I wasn't home to answer the doorbellso it went away with the delivery man I came home in the afternoon to a note in my mailbox left by Mr. Delivery Man, telling me to give him a call if I wanted to ever see my new Wii So, I embarked on an adventure in which I called Mr. Delivery Man and asked him to come back. After some Japanese discussion he said he could return that very night (he remembered my address because it's a really interesting one perhaps), but I had a date with a punching bagso I asked him if it was at all possible for him to postpone his return until this morning. And so we agreed on a date and time and this morning, my new black Wii with a special Samurai Warriors black and gold brush painted control pad arrived!

So when it arrived, and I had paid Mr Delivery Man, I skipped back into my bedroom and proceeded to unpack my new toy. I was delighted to find a very very pretty Samurai Warriors edition Wii box, the game, and a pretty Samurai Warriors postcard calendar Luckily, since all the instructions were in Japanese and the manual was covered in indecipherable kanji, things like this are very user friendly nowadays and I was able to set it up without once checking the instructions

Next came more setting up of my new toy. I plugged him in, turned him on, and then I was asked to give him a name I wasn't ready to name my new baby yet so I tried to skip that part but he wouldn't let me proceed without first giving him a name So I spent possibly too much time thinking of what to name him and ended up on Beloved. So now my new black Nintendo Wii is named Beloved

After all that, I finally was able to try playing Samurai Warriors 3! I had played Samurai Warriors 1 and 2 on Playstation in Sydney, and also Dynasty Warriors (in Japanese 戦国無双・真三国無双) but those were both in English. This time I get to play in Japanese! Needless to say, I have no idea what's going on yet but it's okay. Just fight the people with red on top and follow the flashing lights on the map It's all really quite straightforward.

Tonight, I plan on playing some more then going to meet my friends the punching bags again for a few hours 極楽

That's all from me for now. Next time if I remember to bring my memory card, I shall show you some pictures of my Beloved

キティの2時間お預かりＫｉｄｓコースでは月に一度の楽しいランチの日があります
テーブルマナーをママが作ってくれたお弁当全部食べれるかな
全部食べて帰ってきたらママもにっこり
ランチの包み布をあけるのも自分で出来なければ「Ｈｅｌｐ　Ｐｌｅａｓｅ」だね
12月はクリスマスレッスンがあるからランチはお休みだけど、
またランチの時ママにお弁当お願いしておこうね

Merry The Month Before Christmas!!

Hi! Remember me It's Jacqueline I've been kept quite busy lately with Christmas preparation and such things and have not had much time for blogging

I hope, if you are a parent of a Kids Class student, that you are looking forward to seeing your child do some lovely singing and dancing the week before Christmas And I hope, if you are a student, perhaps an afternoon class student, that you are looking forward to the Christmas party we will be having at the end of every lesson the week before Christmas

Have you all been looking in shop windows for what you want for Christmas? Or perhaps, you are like me, and have been looking online instead

持ち方から実際にひらがなを書いてみたり・・・初めて握る鉛筆に興奮してました

コレでひらがなも英語も書けちゃうね
次はどんなレッスンかなー
